SHIPPING
All purchases are shipped via Courier, no exceptions
NEW ZEALAND PURCHASERS - SHIPPING COSTS
1st Item - $8.50 within New Zealand
2nd and each subsequent item - $1.00 per item - within New Zealand.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received & approved and should reach you within 24 to 48 hours. We will email you with the tracking details for your parcel at the time your order is dispatched.
OVERSEAS PURCHASERS - PAYMENT and SHIPPING COSTS
Please contact us for shipping costs before purchasing and clearly advise the number of items you wish to purchase and the destination country. You, as purchaser, are solely responsible for any duty or taxes payable when your purchase arrives in your country.
PLEASE NOTE: All International Purchasers will be forwarded a payment request via PayPal. You will require a PayPal invoice to pay for the items you have purchased, if you do not already have a PayPal account it is free to set up via www.PayPal.com - this takes just a few minutes and can be done when you receive our payment request.
It is important when you set up your Paypal payment that you use the same email address that you have registered on our website.
As soon as we are advised that you payment as been made, we will process and dispatch your order.
WHOLESALE / RESELL PURCHASERS
Packaging & shipping is charged $15.00 per 5kg - we charge shipping at cost and you will be advised of the total cost when your order is ready to ship. When ordering individual items from this online store, the items are in stock and delivery should be within 72 hours. For bulk purchases, depending on stock levels, delivery may take up to 3 weeks, however we can often supply part of your order if there is a wait time for your order to arrive, please contact us if your order is urgent. You will be advised of the expected shipping dates when you place your order.
EXCHANGES
We make every effort to show accurate pictures of our products, however, as we acknowledge screen colors vary, we offer our 'Love It or Exchange It' Guarantee. We are happy to exchange items, just send us an email letting us know you wish to exchange your purchase.
Note - Courier costs for the return and exchange of a purchase is at the purchaser's expense.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch, however accidents do occasionally occur and we are happy to replace an item if it arrives in less than perfect condition, or refund your money if a satisfactory substitute is not available.
To claim a replacement or refund for an item damaged in transit, the ouechaser must notify both the courier company and BOLA-Jenco Enterprises Limited within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Damage claims made outside the required timeframes may not be accepted and acceptance of late claims will be solely at the company's discretion.
We will pay the courier costs for delivery of replacement items damaged in transit. Should the company require the item to be returned, we will refund your postage costs. Contact us via email if you wish to lodge a claim for damages.
All items for return, exchange or replacement must be returned to us fully intact, unused and in their original packaging. |
