Minimum Order Requirements:
* Existing Wholesale Customers: We are happy to top up your stock levels as you require – no minimum order applies.
Your Order:
* We offer a 5% discount for all purchases over $750 (excludes GST, Shipping and Sale Items) that are paid in full at the time your order is placed.
* Your discount will be processed at the time of invoicing and dispatch and may not show on your Check Out total.
* Please note:No discount will apply if you have an outstanding account.
Payment:
* Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Credit or Cheque, just follow the Check Out procedure after you have made your selections.
* Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is required in full at the time your order is placed

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via Courier and shipping is charged at cost - usually $15.00 per 5kg.
BULK PURCHASES:
Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on stock-on-hand at the time your order is placed. If you have an urgent requirement, we can often supply part of your order with the balance to follow as soon as it arrives from Italy. Please contact us if you have urgent requirements and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping:
You will be advised of the expected shipping dates when you place your order. In the event of unforeseen delays (i.e.manufacturers supply delays are beyond our control), we will keep you informed. All orders are shipped via Courier and shipping is charged at cost - usually $15.00 per 5kg.
Payment:
A payment of 50% of the value of your order is required at the time your order is placed with the balance, including shipping, due when you are advised your order is ready to be shipped. Unless prior arrangements have been made, Bulk Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Discounts:
5% discount applies to Bulk Orders paid in full at the time your order is placed (excludes GST & shipping). Your discount will be processed at the time of invoicing and dispatch and may not show on your Check Out total.
