The pictures clearly depict all Shamshir-eGems products on our website. If the product is damaged on arrival we will replace or refund your purchase price - depending on availability. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and also notify your postal/courier service immediately. We do not refund for purchases you decide you do not like, however we will exchange products providing they are returned within 7 days and are in exactly the same condition as when dispatched. The purchaser is responsible for shipping/postage costs for exchanged items.
